Being a mom, a student, and starting our own family business, it’s sometimes difficult to find the time to prep healthy breakfast meals.
I received these overnight oats free for testing purposes, and I was not disappointed! All you have to do is add your favourite milk (I used almond milk), and let it soak for the night.
What I liked about this product: The oats don’t get soggy after soaking all night. I’m not a huge fan of soggy cereal, so this was definitely a plus!
There are so many other ingredients you could add too depending on what you like!
Some ideas include:
- Berries
- Nuts
- Seeds
- Craisins/Raisins
- Chocolate chips
- Coconut chips
