Vegan Pancakes (with Only 3 Ingredients!)


Can you say YUM? I love finding new, easy, vegan recipes. This pancake recipe definitely falls under that category, and they taste DELICIOUS! This isn't my recipe, but I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. :)


Yield: 8 Pancakes (depending how big you want your pancakes)

Vegan Banana Pancakes

These are SO delicious and SO easy to make! Perfect for those quick mornings and if you're craving banana pancakes. :)

ingredients:


  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 ripe bananas

instructions:


  1. Blend everything in a food processor or blender.
  2. Cook on medium heat in frying pan (don't forget to oil it!)
  3. When the centre starts bubbling and the edges are becoming a golden brown colour, then you know it's time to flip.
  4. As soon as the other side is a nice golden brown, you're done!
  5. I like to add maple syrup, berries, and sometimes even sprinkle icing sugar on there. The options are endless!
