Happy first of October! We absolutely LOVE this season for many reasons, but mostly because we enjoy all of the fun stuff we get to do this month! I made a bucket list about all of the fun things we like to do this month that are all Halloween/Fall themed!

Some of our favourites include The Haunted Mansion (yes, the one with Eddie Murphy), The Nightmare Bedore Christmas, and Ghostbusters (Silas’ favourite movie).

We are definitely going to try out some of these crafts I found on Pinterest, like this yarn wrapped mummy, spider web art, and paper bag monsters.

My son is 5 and still loves to look at all the spooky stuff at the stores. So grab your pumpkin spiced latte from Starbucks, and spend an hour walking around the mall and look at all the cool Halloween stuff on display!

We're lucky to live near so many trains! We go to a Halloween train ride every year in Duncan, BC. It's definitely something to check out if you're ever close to there at this time of the year!
